What a year it’s been! 🎉
We thought 2024 was impressive after settling $250 million… but 2025 surprised even us. This year, we settled $320 million, a 28% increase year on year.
As always, the second half of the year was full-on. From July to December alone, we settled $196 million, with the team hitting multiple all-time highs along the way. Behind those numbers were many late nights, teamwork, and a whole lot of care for our clients.
For us, it isn’t just the growth, but how we grew: strengthening our processes, supporting each other, and staying focused on doing the right thing by every client.
To our amazing team: thank you for showing up every day, backing each other, and giving your best even when things got tough. None of this happens without you.
